Class 4 Laser Therapy

What is Class IV Laser Therapy?
Class IV Laser Therapy is an advanced, non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to penetrate deep into tissues. The light energy stimulates your body’s natural healing processes at the cellular level, helping to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and accelerate recovery. Unlike medications or injections, laser therapy works with your body—without side effects or downtime.

How it Works
The therapeutic laser emits safe, concentrated light that is absorbed by the cells in your muscles, ligaments, nerves, and joints. This light energy increases circulation, boosts cellular repair, and releases endorphins (your body’s natural pain relievers). Many patients feel soothing warmth during treatment.

  • Back and neck pain

  • Arthritis and joint pain

  • Tendonitis and bursitis

Cupping & Graston

Ancient Meets Modern: Two Therapies, One Goal—Better Movement & Less Pain

  • Cupping Therapy: Gentle suction lifts the skin and underlying fascia, enhancing blood flow, releasing tension, and promoting deep tissue healing. Many patients describe it as soothing, though it may leave temporary marks.

  • Graston Technique: Using stainless-steel tools, our chiropractors glide across your tissues to target scar tissue and adhesions. This precise, instrument-assisted method accelerates healing, improves function, and reduces discomfort.

Why They Work Well Together
Cupping increases circulation and softens tissues—ideal prep before Graston goes to work breaking down deeper restrictions for better mobility and relief.

What You’ll Feel & Why It Helps
You may experience warmth or light tenderness—signs your body is healing. Over successive sessions, many patients notice less pain, greater flexibility, and faster recovery from injury or chronic tension.

Best For

  • Chronic muscle tension and tightness

  • Restricted range of motion (shoulders, back, neck, hips)

  • Postural-related discomfort

  • Older injuries or scar tissue limiting flexibility and function

Ready for personalized care? Our experts will tailor a treatment plan combining cupping and Graston therapy to help you feel, move, and recover better.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound therapy is a chiropractic treatment used to help reduce muscle pain and increase range of motion. By using sound waves, we are able to stimulate deep inside the tissue. This minimizes stiffness, swelling, and pain while also promoting circulation, and pain-free movement.

Ultrasound

Electrical Stimulation

Electrotherapy is an alternative pain management treatment option that involves the use of mild electromagnetic pulses to provide relief for the patient. This treatment option can dull pain, repair tissue, strengthen muscles, and even improve your blood circulation.

Myofascial Release Therapy

What is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial release is a gentle, hands-on therapy that focuses on relieving tension in the fascia—the thin, web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, nerves, and joints. When fascia becomes tight or restricted due to injury, stress, poor posture, or repetitive movements, it can cause pain, limit motion, and even contribute to chronic discomfort.

How it Works
During myofascial release, the chiropractor applies sustained, gentle pressure and stretching to areas of restriction. This helps “release” the fascia, restoring flexibility and allowing muscles and joints to move more freely. By improving circulation and reducing tightness, myofascial release can also promote healing and reduce pain.

Conditions Myofascial Release Can Help With

  • Neck and back pain

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Muscle tension and tightness

  • Sports injuries

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Postural imbalances

  • Restricted range of motion

Benefits of Myofascial Release

  • Reduces pain and muscle tension

  • Improves posture and mobility

  • Enhances blood flow and healing

  • Relieves stress and promotes relaxation

  • Complements chiropractic adjustments for longer-lasting results

What to Expect
Myofascial release is typically performed alongside chiropractic care or other therapies. Treatments are comfortable and non-invasive, though you may feel mild tenderness as tight areas begin to release. Most patients experience a sense of relief, improved flexibility, and reduced discomfort after sessions.
